Skillet fried shrimp
Rob said he had recently eaten some rubbery, tasteless shrimp from a local Mexican
restaurant
, so I decided to have a go at cooking some up.
A little flour, some egg wash, and
Chef Paul Prudhomme Seafood Magic Seasoning Blend
. I really like all his seasonings.
