Rob said he had recently eaten some rubbery, tasteless shrimp from a local Mexican restaurant, so I decided to have a go at cooking some up.A little flour, some egg wash, and Chef Paul Prudhomme Seafood Magic Seasoning Blend. I really like all his seasonings.
